Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, your order is handed off to our fulfillment partner, Teemdrop, and prepared for shipment.
Shipping Times We work with global suppliers to bring you unique, high-quality cat enrichment toys. Estimated delivery times are:
- Europe: 7–12 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
- Canada & Australia: 10–18 business days
- Rest of the World: 12–20 business days
Please note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, holidays, or high demand.

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear.
Split Shipments To get your items to you faster, some orders may arrive in separate packages.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
